How can I pay?

Credit card details are entered on a secure page and are transferred to the merchant using SSL security. The merchant accepts 3D secure transactions and is responsible for the website transaction.
Do I have to create an account?
No, you don’t, but it’s simple to do and allows you to order easily without having to fill in your details every time you buy our energy-saving products.
How do I order?

Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete. You may be able to cancel your order – click here to see how.
Cancelling an order
If you have chosen Standard Delivery you have up to an hour to cancel your order from the time your order completed.
The UK “Distance Selling Regulations” give you seven working days to cancel the contract for your order and we will issue you with a full refund. The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order.
We need written confirmation of cancellation, so you’ll need to contact us quoting your order number. If you have already received your order, you will need to return all the items in the order. You will need to pay the cost of returning the order. The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.
